Horrible, the app glitch during playback, I though it was because my computer was too old, but I recently Switched to an 8 core iMac with 2500mb/s hd and 64gb of ram, same issue, the app is glitching even only if I browse the web, apparently its a buffer issue since it's the same glitch a DAW would do when you set super low latency to your audio device... fix this or I will cancel amazon music!

v9.5.2.2478 is out. - - I'm trying it out as a replacement for awful Apple iTunes. [Soap Opera rant ahead]: I'm sick of Apple's long term laziness regarding both the bad code of the iTunes app and their incompetent [*not kidding*] billing. - -> So you don't like PayPal, eh Apple? You lost my business.

I really can't help but question what the "Safe Download" option is really doing when the resulting download redirects to a file access error:

I don't comment here much—but the cumbersome, complicated, and counterintuitive design and operation of this app simply stuns me. It's slow, it's janky, and it looks like it's from another planet that is not familiar with human habits of listening to music or working a computer. Can you tell I don't like it?

This software gets worse instead of better. You used to be able to view your playlists in a list instead of by looking at a huge list of pictures. This is just awful! Please don't take away features when you "update"! Ugh. I actually pay for this!
